My work is slow, attentive, and relational — shaped around what you’re carrying physically, emotionally, and seasonally. Whether you’re holding tension in the body, navigating stress or change, or simply needing space to pause, these sessions offer time to settle, soften, and come back to yourself.
How I Work
My approach is body-led, nervous-system aware, and deeply respectful of the pace your system needs.
I draw on over 25 years of experience in bodywork, movement, and somatic practice, alongside gentle reflective guidance where helpful. Sessions are not rushed, prescriptive, or “one size fits all”.
This is not about fixing you.
It’s about listening — and responding with care.
