About Leah
Hello, I’m Leah Thomas — a bodyworker, spiritual counsellor, and celebrant devoted to helping people live well, love deeply, and leave lightly.
Through somatic work, soulful conversation, ceremony, and practical guidance, I walk alongside you through the moments that change you — the beginnings, the crossings, the celebrations, the losses, and the stories we carry.
My work is rooted in gentleness, nervous system wisdom, spiritual depth, and a deep belief that living lightly helps us leave lightly.
“Leah creates a safe space of healing and trust. She is so knowlegable and caring. I cannot think of anyone like her doing this great work!”
"Thank you so much for the beautiful service, it was sincere and captured everything that we could have wished for. So many people commented on how lovely it was. You were such a tower of strength to us all at such a sad time. Thank you so much”
Wherever you are — beginning, changing, celebrating, grieving, or preparing — you don’t have to walk alone.
